So the warm notices on 10/21 would be 60 days notice from last Monday in which most states require except NJ 90 days required
hence NOV date but … it goes through 12/31
so that leads me to believe they are not done.
Does everyone have a town hall on 8/30/2023 ??

There are people that have already been told their role will be eliminated 12/31.
These aren’t additional. They already know. They will work through the end of the year or not be officially seperated until the end of the year. These aren’t mystery people… they already know.
This means since NJ has a 90 day notice requirement people to be laid off 12/31 will be notified by 9/30
I deal with a group from Min Clin that were told on the Mon/Tues day but told their last day is 11/17 so not all leave on the October date.
Expect layoffs through the end of the year. No one is safe.
Good they need to get rid of a HUGE portion of the HR department. None of the different hr teams communicate. Meaning that your HRBP doesn’t talk to reasonable accommodations, and none of them talk with colleague relations/ advice and counsel. It’s so disjointed and costing the company a lot of money. Honestly the HR department is the most dysfunctional part of the company. They rubber stamp all the bullsh-t and give it the green light.

Town hall yesterday. Layoffs were not mentioned . Just talk about how great the company is doing
HR has a town hall scheduled the second week of September. I know ppl love to hate on us, but we are impacted too.
