All He-l is about to break out. Your disgruntled bosses are going on the War Path when they are told they are hourly instead of Salaried. Probably their hourly rate decreased what the were bringing in. Anyone they don't like they are coming after you now.
It’s coming . What I want to know is why or how people are getting interviews. Meanwhile leaving our department in the lurch with minimal staff and unrealistic expectations .On a teams chat one said they got an interview and an offer as they were being laid off from current position yet we all sit waiting on ANY news .
