Ladies and gentlemen, PSR was a one-time deal. Fritz was warned at the very start about doing PSR and cutting jobs. He even admitted it was a bad business model. The warnings were very clear. He was told that cutting jobs would have a very long term effect on employment numbers and operations. There wasn't too many people that came back when they were called. There is/was a lot of new hires that couldn't do the job as quickly as the rail veterans. The executives admitted that they had a hiring problem quite a few months ago. Remember the 2nd chance initiative? Remember who that program was designed for and why it was implemented? They did all of their cuts, realized that people had enough, and weren't coming back. The RR was so bad that even the felons weren't applying. The UP stock price won't go up much, if at all. It certainly won't go up like it did the first time. PSR has ruined the industry, and the government took notice of it and held hearings on it. This won't be a rerun of the last PSR episode. The difference with this one is that the people know how this game is played now. This one is 100 percent going to blow up in Vena's face.

Eric Mandelblat is the reason Fritz is out and Vena is back.
