All projects are being reviewed. If your project is defunded, you are vulnerable. Some people will be moved to other projects. Some will be laid off. It depends on what is needed by the business.
Performance won’t be a factor for this layoff due to sheer numbers. It’s more of a focus on project and cost to org.
