Something is happening behind the scenes at GEICO. Someone seems to be fixing the "Books" (for profitability) when they fire the people with the knowledge, the supervisors, the trainers and then hire people that need training from other departments (e.g. you work accounting, now you are the I.T. supervisor); then fire them only after they have totally destroyed every system that was in place. There is no one to train the new people. Especially for important jobs that affect all like I.T. or licensing. If I.T. fails or is hacked, most will shut down OR If the state regulators start looking at sales agents with licensing issues still selling insurance they may have a huge multi-million dollar law suit, especially considering all the states that cross reference each other as a basis for reciprocal licensing issues. Perhaps GEICO or parts of it is going to be sold before state licensing figures out they have problems or a cyber security hack occurs. Hint from military leadership, if you have a not-so-good personal relationship with a junior that is the "go to expert", you work with it / deal with it until you have someone else that has the expertise. Don't fire your only award winning sn---r, because you don't like the way they look at you, until you have another in place. Things are going to get far worse at GEICO before they get better or sold. Why start working at a place this going to fire you soon.
