Q won't go anywhere, but will shrink drastically. One by one, closing satellite locations, closing buildings, shutting down all its BS so-called research depts. They'll learn the hard way that "adjacent markets" are for pros with long term commitment, not hobbyist dabblers like them that tinker with borrowed ideas, fail, then throw them away.
They'll shrivel down to just core wireless, their 1-trick-pony 1-hit-wonder. They'll be like Yahoo for search. "Oh yea, them. Are they still around?"

Q is invincible it can do whatever it wants, walk all over people crush the weak. It will always survive because it has no moral compass only the strongest can survive.
Qualcomm has had countless layoffs and will have countless more. Q isn’t going any where and have government protection from take over. Sadly this post is so wrong it doesn’t slide serve a comment but people should know that Q will be around for a very long time
