The company just laid off 5,000 people. Those of us who weren’t let go are anticipating increased workloads, re-organization and potential team changes that are unclear, and still reeling from the loss of some really good humans I grew to trust and enjoyed working with.
They just sent out a message that the Mental Health Awareness webinar that was supposed to take place has been rescheduled to September. At a time when company and tram morale is in the dumps and the future is uncertain.
How ironic.
Anyone else have any examples of just tone deaf moves or things said in meetings these past few weeks?
