For the record I was spared - however any/All leaders who have have people impacted by these actions ( including myself ) should forgo any bonus or other long term incentives due to their own failure that resulted in reducing headcount. This is an epic failure. Karen needs to be held accountable. Cvs has not lost only 5000 people but all of their connections and they will amplify that.
