Hello former co-workers, and the current ones that are reading thing because I know you are. I hope you all are taking a break from all this stress to enjoy the long holiday weekend. For what it's worth, I've been told by several legal folks that since this was all done under the cover of a mass layoff, we probably don't stand much chance of getting much more out of these sons of female dogs. BUT, to any one reading, the non compete is a farce and not enforceable and DSG knows this. So I guess I'll be enjoying my unemployment and severance. I already have some interviews lined up. I'll be shutting this chapter of my life soon. One door closes and I open another. My only regret is that I didn't move my stock into my own portfolio so i could sell it all as soon as i got laid off. Whatever, it's only go down now.

@1exj+1odzmVg5 If you don't understand how the money spent on that wouldn't even be considered a rounding error when compared to other things, then I don't know what to tell you.

If you can't understand how poor spending choices affected this, then I don't know what to tell you.

Yet the company hires people like Denise. Gross. I've seen dead fish that are more useful than this woman.

Same here. Makes no sense to fire engineers, when we are driving all the advancements, bringing in the most money. I personally have several multi-million dollar profit projects I've completed in the past 3 years. I feel like I've been swindled.

Confirmed, as I received the call this morning. Sr Engineer on small team. Severance package is OK, health insurance thru Sept. It was a big surprise as we have been told "that's why 1/3 of the team are contractors so the FTEs can be shielded fom slowdown". They are cutting cost to boost the stock it is almost at record high before the layoffs and earnings report tomorrow morning. I think it will only get worse, as o
Sports are not essential when considering inflation and the economy tanking in general.
