Are you guys looking for additional opportunities or looking for a new job internally once laid off? I heard the severance packages are not really good and not good enough to really hold yourself off a bit until you find new job. And on top of that you don't even get the remaining of your PTO. I am curious what everybody else is doing with our jobs in limbo.

Probably going to have to rely on unemployment until another job is obtained.
If you have a PTO balance of 40 hours or less you get it. Severance $ isn’t terrible; however there is no rush for them to give it to you. Maybe 2-3 pay periods from your last day.
