Feb. 2024 will be the worse. Directors have been instructed to setup swift group meetings to announce lay and followed by direct managers to inform selected employees. Focus will be retirement, investment, health and benefits & order to cash.

I was let go last week without a PIP and my most recent performance review indicated that I met expectations.
I head it was only people on PIPs or whose performance reviews were below expectations
Where were there cuts? How many?
How worried should I be?
