When you say Pixel are you saying Pixel Phone or Pixel Watch? I can talk about the Pixel watch:
- bad software and hardware design. You will not believe how terrible it is.
- toxic environment
- bad leadership.. you will see TPM Director asking you to do not to fix the eng. issues but keep the "good relationship" while the whole ship is sinking... "results" are not important according to them.
- very ... believe me.. very political
- and if you have a Samsung or Apple watch, you will see they are years behind
Now let's talk about financial numbers. Just look at the Q2 financial report presented to investors.. you will realize the "device" division is not profitable, and most part of the investments are going to AI, not devices.
So no! it is not safe place to work.
So far, Pixel phones haven't had battery fires. So fairly safe. If you keep it in your pants just don't go commando.
