I'd say he brings a lot of value to the table... He's good looking, entertaining, a decent actor, good dancer...
They should move CA and JT s jobs to India.
This company needs clean up for the following levels as there are just too many. Many of them are not adding any value to the company but cost.
Principal
Director / Sr Dir
VP / SVP
JT has made his money snd he sgould step down or CA has to have a talk. He overtired and missed opportunities for developments from QC side...he has no vision going forward. This is the problem with people like him at the top. They don't leave when they should. They make big impact on $$$ savings. They need to clean up SVP and VPs
