are recent new grad hires rolling over from an internship going to be affected with the layoff? We have no performance reviews or anything since we just started … and we don’t make much compared to other roles.. what’s the criteria for the layoff? Is there a certain level you have to be

New grads are rarely let go although I have seen it happen. If your boss doesn’t like you - I would start looking
yes , you can be affected , start job hunting , there is no criteria , its open season on all departments and experience levels, unless your dad/uncle is a VP
