They purposefully descriminate based on age and national origin and then pay off the victim and call it a package.
Do they do participate with other organizations to commit these crimes, is this a RICO type crime?

Funny I don't see them moving Senior Management and Board Members to India where it would be a lot cheaper! Or is it they are just trying to save their skins on the back of older workers. I think so...
They are laying off the senior folks (who tend to be older) as they are more expensive. They are eliminating jobs in the US and keeping the jobs in India where labor is cheaper. So is this what you call age and racial discrimination?

I’m from this post a lot of people some weed at Q. From the make up at Q the only people that are discriminated against are white males. There are countless minorities hires at Q. This post makes no sense
"prioritizing diversity" = discrimination = illegal
