It's based on the state you have registered with company for tax purposes, like, the state that collect taxes from your paycheck would be a stake holder. It's possible you could be laid off, but the total number of employees in your state don't meet the threshold. So, perhaps, they would just include the effected employee in the state of where the company is head quartered.
What if you work from home in a state with WARN notice and your supervisor is in another state with no WARN notice - how does that work???
The address for Plantation, has numerous divisions, not just Aetna Better Health. There is Medicare, commercial division. All that that same address. So where do you see Aetna Better Health?
