CHC acquisition was questioned by DOJ then to be vetoed by one single judge to proceed. Now Human $5.5B merger smooth sailing... Lets take a look at how many legislators are shareholders involved in the decision making? Lets just turn the other way on anti-trust..
Human bl@@dbath knowing the M&A/Acquisition will result in massive RIFs to show case a boost in the share values...Raising premiums/delayed/denied claims to achieve such goal... sad state of greed...

Compliance? Regulations? This org would rather (and have the $) pay the fines than to be ethical meeting compliance.
Google UHG fines then you know why they are ruthless .. legislators allowed and are the enablers .. after all it all depends of political “contribution”. Throw the antitrust laws out of the window… $ buys

It isn't illegal as long as HIPPA requirements are met. There are some states that do require none of their state data be stored offshore.
