Buddy culture is driving MST. Many Sr. Dir hire from their village. Disappointedly, Sr. Dir only talks with their buddy when in lab. Completely ignore others. Many time such directors do not respond to even "Hi" but spend hours in pampering their buddies.

I really hope they don't spread this culture to Apple SD and Google SD. QC should keep their invaluable Dirs and Sr.Dirs and their toxic culture to itself and not spread it around.
