I've been at Mercury going on 5 years now and I've started applying elsewhere. Every program I have worked on in the past 2 years has been red and Mercury's response to this? Fire good people who were helping keep these programs afloat and tell people to work overtime. Understaffed and overworked is all this company has turned into. When I joined around 4 years ago, people enjoyed working here. Now most of my colleges hate it. To make things worse, they just decided to cut bonuses to a significant amount of the engineering staff who have been ki-ling themselves working 50-60+ hours a week. The CEO probably got a bonus though. Fu-k this place.

It is also such a sc-mbag move from HR to announce no/cut bonuses for the majority of people hours after the all hands meeting with the CEO and ELT.
Its clear they knew people would have been pi---d at the all hands and decided to wait to take away that forum.
I’ve seen someone there be an absolute su-k up to the manager. He was probably 40 years old. Such a sad sad man to su-k up that hard. He also stayed regularly 10-12 hours a day. Guy has a family too. Pathetic. Was the one to throw me under the bus and protect his own job too
