Wow. It's stunning how this person has completely seen inside my world and my motivations, all without knowing anything about my background, job role, co-workers, supervisor, etc. He/she should set up a shop in the barbershop for psychic readings. (ha)

I know these are the lousy worthless employees because when someone asks a simple question or highlights something positive, you all come out to bash it. Regardless of what it is. You all complain but won’t just go somewhere else. You rather whine about it and not do anything more at work to earn it. I worked with you. I’ve seen it. You then see the hard workers succeed and you call them names and discredit them to just being favored or brown nosing.

How do you know who posts here and what kind of employees they are unless you think anyone who doesn’t mindlessly go along with the company line, namely Business Malformation, is a bad employee.

You can’t come to this website. Most of the people here are the horrible bottom of the barrel employees. They have nothing else to offer and just demand more. These are the employees who can never see anything positive and will always be negative. Go look at Glassdoor for reviews.

The company is notorious for hiring folks as contractors and with empty promises of full time employment, and this will drag out for several years. Supervisors will play favorites on who gets hired and who does not.

If you are brought on immediately as an employee, you're pretty much set!

Is there a reason why it is so bad right now?

I got an interview too but heard from a friend to find more information as the company is going through a hard time. That's how I discovered this site. Hoping to learn more.

I’d keep on looking at other jobs, but if you get an offer and can’t afford to wait, you can accept it and keep looking while you’re working for P66.
P66 is a real mess right now and it doesn’t look to improve any time soon.

I see, which team is the one to avoid. I will be on engineering side of things as well

A lot is going to depend on the team you're on. As much as I gripe about p66, and the disastrous changes we've made with business transformation, there are a lot of really excellent people working for P66. If you end up with them and don't get too much crossfire from above, it can be pretty good.

If you end up on a bad team, or have to deal with the batshit business transformation ideas, it can seriously su-k
