I don't know about you, but it's hard to focus on my annual review right now especially after the unhelpful townhall meeting.

Just completed mine.
My manager requested YE as a one sheet already, so it’s done but not in workday. Midyear was just a couple months ago, so YE is simple, just add a few things to that and you’re done.
im curious to know how much debt you people have as to where you cant even complete a 2 paragraph self evaluation over fear of a layoff. You should have 6+ months saved and you will probably get a severance if laid off so who gives a sh-t. Keep doing your job and if it happens so be it
Self assessment is not worth the the document it is written in. All reviews are already predetermined even before self assessment is due. Doubt if managers ever read it
I was laid off in January. I can’t believe how upper management is acting to the employees it’s almost like they want people to find other jobs so they don’t have to pay severance. Also sounds like a hostage situation, giving no real clarity to anything and basically threatening their employees. Nice management style.
