Please stop with the dividend/no dividend stuff. It’s not necessarily a meaningful indicator of the financial health of the business. Dividends are just a different way of “cutting up the pie” of share holder equity that some types of businesses choose to use. The stock price falling as far as it has is the real indicator of the problems and reflects the lack of demand from investors who’ve lost confidence in some aspect of the business.
It was almost below 2 just a few months ago and this is probably about where it should be. Oh there will be some smooth talk from DM and PD closer toward the end of the year that may cause it to rebound a little because for some reason those on WallStreet seem to really be taken in by a guy that can talk a line of bull$hit. And then there will be some more smooth talk right after the new year to make sure it doesn’t slide back too much after the 4q earnings call which will be a disaster.
