They are cutting ft hrs also in La.
They can flex full-timers down but they have to average a minimum of 32 hrs per week.
Read policy. Full timers 39 hours. Anything else is made up bullsh-t by your district mgr, store mgr, or SSA who's trying to leverage their payroll outside what policy actually stated FT hours are, at 39.
Legally it has to be 32 or more hours on average.

Di-k's Sporting Goods did that to their full timers when they went public in 2002.
Last I heard, that is still FT there.
