They can flex full-timers down but they have to average a minimum of 32 hrs per week.

Read policy. Full timers 39 hours. Anything else is made up bullsh-t by your district mgr, store mgr, or SSA who's trying to leverage their payroll outside what policy actually stated FT hours are, at 39.

Last I heard, that is still FT there.
