Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

History of KKR

When passing judgment on FB and his crew, dig into Kohlberg, Kravis Roberts to see what they generally do to buyout firms. Add in a ton of debt to finance, use junk bonds to finance that debt and destroy the firm. Just was down in NJ and the old RJR Nabisco plant in Paramus NJ is gone. Bulldozed to the ground. Symbolic of what they did to RJR so read the book BARBARIANS AT THE GATES for that story. Look up Bob Nardelli at Home Depot too. Ursula Burns at Xerox. Fiserv will be destroyed soon and Frank will move on to another financial windfall after time on the beach.

The KKR narrative has been posted here several times. They started the downfall for sure.

And how many shares they had post merger.

And how many shares they have now.

Follow the money with your own investment decisions.

If I can find out the percent of shares KKR owned of FD pre-acquisition, you know JY knew then. This outcome should have been predicted

Not the same Fiserv.
Not the same safe investment.
Research this group running Fiserv.
Make your own informed decision.

They need to be hiring folks some back.
We were this over staffed?
Ask about growth in Fiservs banking?

Sigh...Send the message!
