Comac has sold more planes this year than Boeing has. China is a biggest market that Boeing will no longer be selling any planes.

Hey, at least the article isn't 9 months old. It's only a little over a month out of date.

You can tell they work for Boeing because none of the postings are timely.

Always a day late and a dollar short.

The title reads:

China Eastern Airlines just made the biggest C919 order ever, for 100 planes

It will take many years before anybody outside Chine will buy these airplanes... Just saying.

Boeing has already self-destructed and won't be significant player in future so we need COMAC to compete with Airbus to keep prices low. Expect COMAC will eventually reduce Airbus market share too. But unlike Boeing, Airbus doesn't reduce sale prices to less than it costs them to manufacture. Boeing has huge backlog of negative profit airplanes. I would be surprised if they stay in business long enough to actually deliver them.
