Yall need to unionize. Of the top healthcare companies this one when I worked for offered the least amount of PTO which includes the mandatory sick time. The least amount of paid holidays (inserted 3 floating to make you feel better) some of the lowest paid workers. Starting 16-18 for claims processing (an example)

Yep cvs it outsourcing lots of jobs to India. They hired some in PIAB right before the layoffs
Go work for Panda Express then more the same kinda work for you all at this point all white Collar jobs are going to India faster than you can shake a stick at. $2.35 a Day salary for White collar work in India. The new Indian Dream.
Agreed you can make 16-18 working at Panda Express or McDonald’s. The wages are ridiculous with a 20 cent raise 😂
Agree. I read the propaganda sent out from K that “we’re #1 three years in a row” . At the cost of how many and counting families damaged and hurt to prop up that ego?
