Remember when Fiserv has to pay a 40 million dollar settlement because Frank's ethics have always been questionable?
That was May 2020 when the first rounds of layoffs began.
Good to know he got a 6% raise this year.

I doubt anyone with tenure in this company has forgotten about layoffs over these past. It’s always sad-
i wonder is it harder for those that remain because knowledge is lost or those that are let go?
I will soon be able to answer this as I’m being laid-off this round.
Hey… Frankie Boi “had” to take the 6 percent raise…. It was in his contract, remember?
Certainly if he was in control of the numbers it would have been 12 percent.
Frank's ethics have been questionable? They are non-existent. He has no ethics, only greed.
He’s in the maf-a, i.e., untouchable.
Investors, has FB changed his spots?
Does he and his group have a history of doing whats right? Legal? Moral?
He has not changed.
Your currently seeing nothing but blood money. Enjoy...

Frank is the CEO and the board. Looks like a lose a lose situation. No matter what we remember, we will drop as fast as first data and FB will go elsewhere. Rinse and repeat.
Who's forgetting??? Not me! Layoffs started in early 2020, I know some in January and some in March....
At Fiserv do as I say, not as I do. Perfect example...look at how many remotes work for FB
Do the right thing. Remember, that applies to every associate, except the "chairman" and "CEO" along with his cronies of this glorious organization.
If you are high enough, fraud is a-ok. Frank the fraud who facilitates fraud at FirstData and Fiserv and beyond!
Being a crook pays I guess.
Poor investors.
