The senior leadership of the Advance IT department should all be let go, hopefully the new ceo can see that.. I am sure it will take him a while, but I would not think too long, there are constant and ongoing IT outages where the company cannot even sell parts. Stores cannot look up parts, DC's cannot ship parts, serious outages that were quite minimal before the major outsourcing to India.. I would highly suspect these guys will be under review in the near term for their performance or lack thereof..

They haven't done anything in IT yet and the CrowdStike fiasco is biting them in the a-s. No one is leading IT at Advance, Sri draws a line with Biden, nobody home there...
Director up through EVP level IT leadership at AAP is abysmal.
AAP has been a sinking ship for the past few years. Tom brought in most of the current IT leadership team and the word on the street is the new CEO is actively recruiting to replace key IT leadership roles. It’’s clear to all that the current IT leadership team was brought in with one focus which was to push out US developers and move most IT jobs to India where they don’t understand the business. Difficult to support a business where they can’t actually go to the stores they’re supporting to see how their solutions positively or negatively impact the customers.
