As for taking legal action - it's costly, and can and will be spun out to more than the bonus is worth.

@OP+1oVt593q For what? The bonus is discretionary. The company would have paid FY22 by now if to not was a breach of contract, or someone would have taken legal action and "won".
For any other grips, my conclusion is I either accept the state of the company, or leave for something better. Unclear what difference "unionisation" would make.
