I hope the c suite stays in nice hotels and expenses world class meals and flies their private jets there, or at least first class. Yea, VMware explore in Barcelona is going to be very beneficial for the few who get to join this giant boondoggle.

Who the f you are? Their mother? Look if you don't have any answers there is no need to complain. People like you are why VMW died. In conversation, try to add value instead of commenting about your feeling or DEI garbage. Answer the question, or simply ignore it, stupid.

In summary, uneventful and full of talk about capabilities that are already available from leading vendors in the space. Let's face it, VMW lost its leadership mojo long ago.

The show will go on. VMware is not going away. Products still ship, and priorities are still managed. The keynote will be like any other year's keynote. Some random customer does not care if you have a job or not with Broadcom, they care if you are going to ship a promised feature.
The keynote will be about that.
