Does anyone know if managers are allowed to take two weeks off at a time? Always thought it was one week unless you were leaving the country?!?

Manager PTO does not carry over. Only exception was the year we returned from covid lockdowns. And if I remember correctly maybe the year after but cut off was end of March or something. Maybe that was something our store manager extended for us.
I never see my store manager so she definitely takes 2 weeks maybe more.
@jgx+1oVdz5QP that's not completely true. Only ones getting 6 week are those who have 15+ years of service. Rollover is only in a few states.

Managers get 6+ weeks of PTO plus Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, It’s Your Time, plus rollover from the previous years.
It’s at the discretion of the store manager or whatever they call it now for approval. Must be approved but normally vacation is only one week at a time for leaders.
