Outsourcing to India no doubt. Expect engineering jobs next.
Boeing had been contracting with Dell for IT support. Are these layoffs for the few that are left?

Gotta get stock price higher. Wallstreet loves layoffs. Doesn't matter if company is already totally devoid of competent people to successfully accomplish anything. Just need to keep cutting costs to get stock price higher up until there is nothing left but the last executive severance packages to pay out.
