God forbid the leadership team touches any of the cases! They are totally clueless. It's no wonder their nurses are too.
There is a big re-org happening. The UMNC’s will remain under Joanne, but there is a new org that will hold all the shared services for UM, enterprise wide.
That means, imo, that there will be much less opportunity for “stretch assignments” for UMNC’s. On a positive note, that may also mean that supervisors, managers, even directors will be freed up. Maybe they will be expected to actually do some cases and help staff out more.
