@wsn+1oUzmiM8. These dir/Sr dir/ vp are special. They dont follow the same rules as engineers, and when they make up lies to explain why they violate company policies, HR would step up and lie for them too. Their favorite employees also get special treatment.
They can hire all they want, but it doesn't change the culture, cost, productivity there. The HR Sr dir did dirty work for them, and she jumped to the fruit company.
