Selling off BU was always the endgame. Too bad Management failed to realise that they needed to make each BU successful in order to get top $$. Now it's a last minute fire sale before creditors send in the bailiffs.
The new buyers will be left with the onerous task of laying off more people in the name of finding synergies!
