How are there new finance jobs posted so soon after the performance cut? What is going on?

they bend the knee quickly because they are worried that they are going to be sent back to where they came
it's disgusting behavior for both groups
Those with visas are eaisier to control and are usually yes-man. If mgmt can’t control them then mgmt fires them which means the company will no longer sponser their visas and they would have to fly back to their country.
Good ole fashioned American workers have a mind of them own, express their opinions, and are deemed not controllable by management?
Bc they only want to hire Chinese or Indians with visa so they can control them
