10/18 last day for many of us.

On the day of notification, affected employees meet with their direct manager either in person or via Teams. The manager delivers that news and then forwards a link to HR portal where the employee can access the details of separation agreement. Don't be surprised if your manager doesn't know the details of the severance package -- this information is not shared with managers and handled strictly by HR. Once you get notified, you are free to pack up your cubicle/office and leave since no one expects you to continue working. You will be receiving paycheck and benefits for the next 60 days under the WARN act. Severance package will be paid out after 60 days when you are legally separated from the company and singed the waiver not to sue.
Can they deliver the notice and package via QPM?
Do we have to be in person when notified?? Or do they send emails for notifications ?? Could we leave right after being notified??
What’s the process? Do we meet with our manager or just HR??
So awkward..
Makes sense. I would be surprised if it wasn’t correct.
I also heard this today. This is getting spread out.
Not predicting. It is what it is. Good luck.
