Why is the management at Siemens so terrible? Are there any qualified business leaders left in Corporate America or is the future the Siemens the unaccountable management mindset?

Depends where you are positioned. IO and HC in Europe are well managed. U.S. should have term limits to senior management. Branches hire anybody with a high school degree. Really depends where you work in the overall company.

Forbes get paid to write articles by the company. Every large company has Forbes write how wonderful they are. Means nothing

When you offshore your entire structure you don’t need managers anymore. AI and automation is taking over and pretty soon managers will be dinasours. Everyone will work virtual or hybrid and report remotely to zones managers. No more local oversight.

Depends where you work. Branches are littered with circus clowns but home office and corporate is pretty well structured. Pretty typical of larger companies this day and age but agree it’s getting a lot worse.

They lead by example and get what they pay for.
