I can confirm that this is a fake news
Fake news. No offers until after the generic ‘Welcome to Broadcom’ email
Less then 10 days now
Because my manager informed me.
And how much do you trust that they have the actual data and are not just "really sure" about it?
Yes, you can. Your manager or someone in your leadership can communicate it to you informally. How do I know this? Because my manager informed me.
Nonsense. You can't be "told" by someone that you have a spot. This is only done via "official" comms by Broadcom HR not your buddy down the hall.
If you have a spot you'll get official correspondence from Broadcom.
Multiple people are getting told they have a spot. I am not sure about official letters yet though.
This is fake news. Most of people will be notified mid to late October
If thru dont have the right info on workday to contact people until oct 13, why will they do this today
Are offers being sent to the private or company email? Also, anyone with a transition offer can share lenght of transition and if severance is offered at the end?
This slow roll out is exactly the kind of thing that will drive a person mad
Good luck to all
Does the compensation remains same as in the current role or changes?
instead of just blurting out information, can you please give some context? like how do you know? otherwise it defeats having a site like this if it is just more fake news
thank you
How r they getting? Workday or email?
I find it shocking there’s more than 3 people in pricing, lol
I personally know 3 people in pricing got FTE offers already
I think the sooner the better. We will have more time for job search if not in the list
I know two people personally that already have offers. Sales and legal. Two completely different businesses and roles. It’s not that clean as “mid-October.” Different groups are on a faster pace. Just adds to the anxiety, I know. Don’t shoot the messenger.
Is this confirmed news or one of those fake ones?
Says who?
US only right?
What's considered engineering? Technical ICs in BU/Sales?
Yes. Plan is to give all the offers on a rolling basis by Friday October 13.
