Sept end is tomorrow. Monday is the first working day when the previous payout arrangement expires. It’s going to be a huge layoff day, so much misery coming on Monday and in the coming weeks and months.
Feel sorry for the leftovers

Agree with the poster about "layoffs happening after the AOP". Truth is there's a layoff looming expected by they 1st week of November in time before the new Fiscal year.
No matter if you stay or go, layoffs in general will continue in the tech space doesn't matter who you work for. Citrix, Cloud, Tibco, Amazon, ZScaler, Microsoft, Google. Only thing in your control keeping your resume polished and ready when your number is called. Yes it su-ks but what can you do? Nothing! Keep your head down, work, and hope you get past 2023. Seriously, what else can you do?

Better to be a leftover than a reject still unable to move on, eh?
I'm done with this poor excuse for an enterprise software vendor. I welcome a layoff.
Haha, if there was a big layoff you'd of heard about it by now. If there is going to be a big layoff it will be after the AOP process is finished.
