@OP1 email the FT. Time for all of this to come out. This was all discussed behind closed doors and we all had to suffer. The ReOrg was so ill-thought through. We are only just starting to recover

I am one of those males and a former exec in T&S. I had to leave given the mental toll their DEI ambitions and actions were taking on me. Plus, the moral failings at the top. They all knew - all the group level leaders down to the SLLs. This was a running in the place.
