This site is toxic , just as the company’s culture.

@nmz+1oSHYOaJ Q employees have the option of reaching out to their networks and beefing up resume instead of visiting this toxic site
@@jru+1oSHYOaJ action on this site won't die down even after layoffs. Q and this site is the social hangout of current amd ex Q.
@dir+1oSHYOaJ H1Bs were laid off without advance notice on faang. Their absorbed the shock and moved on without complaining about lack of advance notice due to H1b status.

I think people just need to vent. And the world is scary when you have a family and no income will be coming in… or one is an H1B and may have to leave the US. To say something is toxic for expressing feelings or fears is a horrible thing to say…. If this was a pure woman’s site and they were the only one expressing fear… this site would be being praised by everyone …

If the company's culture was even semi-decent, there would be no need for employees to visit this site. We are being run by soulless ghouls who have created an atmosphere of fear, anxiety and general chaos. It is sad that employees have to turn to anonymous forums to get any real information. No one is forcing you to visit this cesspool. All this action will die down in a month or two anyway once most of us are shown the door
