We were provided three emails in our exit email with guidelines on how to reach out with any questions. One email for 2U HR (for questions regarding the severance package and payout schedule), one for HRIS (for Workday Access), and one for Benefits (for COBRA questions).
Has anyone been able to make contact using the first email? A few of us have tried and received this bounce-back message:
THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS NO LONGER MONITORED
It then provides a link to the JIRA service desk which none of use can access anymore ::eyeroll::
Anyone have luck with the other two? Didn't receive a bounce-back but also haven't received any responses yet...
