The only impact legacy CheckFree Ohio will make in clover is a thud.
Shilly? Is that you?
I just assumed clover was failing once they started hounding internal associates to try and sell it for them. If you read small business reviews many don't like it and apparently the system has constant issues.

Square is beating Clover in small businesses
What? But clover is the darling of Fiserv how could they touch it? It’s all we hear about….
What's happening to Clover was only a matter of time. Fiserv's acquisition playbook always involves destroying the companies they acquire, but Clover had the benefit of protection while the previous CEO (J.B.) was in charge. Ever since he was replaced, the writing was on the wall. No Fiserv/OFD acquisition is safe from the inevitable carnage, as I'm sure many users here can attest.
FB buys things he can’t build and then lets them rot for lack of R&D. This industry moves too fast for him. He likes banking where people make deposits and the money sits in a vault. Technology is complicated.
It's hit or miss for if it works? I've been in a couple businesses that had it I. Recent months where they were scrambling to manually process transactions or only accepting cash because they had clover and it was not working.
Keep an eye on the legacy checkfree folks based in Ohio coming in to make an impact here
The fired all the highly paid WFH engineers that wouldn’t RTO and laid off the top ticket resolution employees and most of tier 3/historical employees.
Also, support barely makes 30k a year and is told to spend as little time taking notes to resolve merchant inquiries.
It was getting better but now it’s going backwards cause of leadership.
Clients just realized clover is a broadleaf weed that needs to be eliminated.
What about Clover? It isn't going anywhere although Toast is beating Clover in the restaurant space.
