Only corporate matters. When a customer needs help on the stores a home office worker opens a spreadsheet and sends an email about lunch and the customer is instantly helped. The worker in the store will probably be napping/hiding on the break room. Add then a call center in India fulfills all stores when meeting servicenow SLAs because the warehouse workers just fake injury and steal.
