It really IS darkest before the dawn. Stay flexible to new opportunities. Sometimes it takes a push out of complacency to get on to better things in your life. I don't know about a year from now, but it's almost a certainty that 5 years from now you will be doing better than you ever imagined! Can be very painful short term. Faith in the outcome will sustain you and so look toward your future and allow this experience to harden and improve you - not break you

Dude, I am from the future. I saw you in 2028, no, nothing is gonna happen to you, you will move on another job. I have never seen you in a food line.
Oh, you die at your 150 years old by the way. Your grandgrandson will kick you while playing and you fell. That’s how it is. Let me know if you wanna know more details
Man, 5 years from now I will either have cancer, die of a heart attack or be in a line for food stamps. No, it will not be better
Think of it as an opportunity ✨️
OP, you make layoff sound like a tragedy instead of a minor setback that it actually is. 'Darkest before dawn' 😆
Thanks OP! I can now sleep at night. Many thanks!
7 more work days then we’ll know one way or the other.
