Was in a meeting today where leadership was asked point blank if they felt that mistakes had been made this past year that led directly to this round of layoffs. The response was a resounding no, absolutely not, no mistakes were made by them at all.
It's disgusting to see the sheer lack of accountability in this company. I'd have a tiny molecule of trust in them if they owned up to their inability to address or even acknowledge issues within the company but no, no, nothing is ever leadership's fault! Even though none of them have any idea of what they need to do to keep this company going! Definitely not their fault at all! Give me a break.
