Today’s SE Meeting

Those of us left need to speak up in today’s meeting. Yesterday was stressful and as evidenced by the threads here, we have a lot of questions.

  • How many were actually let go?
  • What specific factors were considered when deciding who to let go?
  • Will there be any other layoffs before the end of the year?

Don't ask any questions. Two of the people who asked hard questions during team calls and vp calls were laid off. Hide in the shadows until you find something else.

That probably won't happen. This meeting will likely be in an extremely sterile Zoom room with no chat access or the ability to take ourselves off mute. Leadership knows this forum exists.

Ask them if they feel comfortable leading meetings over and over again where they openly mislead to employees

Ask them how long they’re going to use “platform company” as an excuse for their decade of mismanagement

Ask them why the CEO hasn’t resigned
