My gut and conversations internally are telling me that BC offers will be received long before Day 1 severance/transition notices regardless of where you are located.
A BC offer I am presuming, is a "positive proposition" lmao ;)....... so treated completely differently to severance; therefore there would be no time-frame/country restrictions with a BC offer going out.? Notifying you that you won the Jackpot!!!!! :P

I hope "leadership" is open and honest with their teams about what is happening when it happens! "we dont know; Who/When/Where/Why and will not know Who/When/Where/Why" is complete nonsense and has transpired to cushion the blow.

Yes, some Sales people started to receive offer letters in the US. It's up to you if you want to believe it or not. But it is happening.
