Some of you may wonder if the comments left here are just in poor taste by people who have been fired. As a current employee, I cannot begin to express how TOXIC this place has become. Forced positivity and gratitude is a requirement. Those who do not comply, it will show in your leads and managers attitude toward you. Too many kiss as--s who won't express the truth
This is a numbers game. We are forced to whisper sweet nothings to those applying for info to our 2u partnered degrees and boot camps. Management is an ABSOLUTE dumpster fire, favoritism is disgusting. One day I will find the courage to put this corrupt organization behind me. To both consumers and people thinking about applying to 2u or Ed X, however it's branded, strongly suggest you don't. They prey on entry level folks so they can pay you entry level $. To all those affected by recent layoffs, don't be bashful to post where you get hired next. I'm sorry this organization didn't appreciate you yet keep a sales staff who has nothing to do for hours a day.

I hope everyone left is actively looking. Seriously, at $2/share -- what else should you do? This layoff is the push and severance I needed.

This post is almost as if I wrote it myself. What a toxic and depressing place. After Covid there was a huge shift and separation. Perhaps I didn’t see it before. They will stab you and while you bleed out climb over you to get just a bit further above you. No one looks happy and the ones that do are at the top draining our energy. Su-king the life out of us but one day I too will find the courage to say how I really feel. I hope that you are doing okay I know it’s rough out there.
